SSL Dashboard
Login to the portal and go to SSL certificates > Dashboard
The SSL-dashboard provides an overview of all certificates and certificate requests in your account. Multiple options to check active certificates can be accessed from the dashboard alongside the options to check pending and certificate requests that require attention for completion or the option to request a new SSL-certificate using the quick select or new certificate option.
For in depth information on the various Certificate actions that can be taken, a table overview is given that links to relevant knowledge base articles that provide step by step instructions on how to download your certificates or request a reissue for example.
Certificate actions & instructions
Below you'll find a table with various SSL certificate actions that link to KB-articles with step by step instructions on renewing, reissuing, revoking or downloading your SSL certificates

New certificate

- When you click the New certificate option on the SSL-dashboard, you'll be directed to the list of all the available certificates we offer to make a selection and start a certificate request.

Active certificates

- When you click the Active certificate option on the SSL dashboard, an overview of all active certificates in your Realtime Register account will be displayed.

You can use the filters to search for specific certificates you're looking for

- For advanced search options to lookup certificates, you can use the Domain Manager search option as well, for more information go to the Search knowledge base article. For detailed instruction on searching for certificates in the list using the filter option, go to the Certificates knowledge base article
New certificate overview

- When you click the New certificate option on the SSL dashboard, an overview of all certificates in your Realtime Register account created in the past 30 days will be displayed.

- Clicking any of the certificates will display the certificate detail page
Certificates that are about to expire
- 1
- When you click the Certificates that are about to expire option on the SSL dashboard, an overview of all certificates in your Realtime Register account that are to expire in the oncoming 30 days will be displayed.
Pending certificate requests

- When you click the Pending certificate requests option on the SSL dashboard, an overview of all certificate requests in your Realtime Register account will be displayed.

- Clicking any of the requests will display the request detail page
Requests that require attention
- 1
- When you click the Requests that require attention option on the SSL dashboard, an overview of all certificate requests in your Realtime Register account that need attention to complete validation or have run into an error will be displayed.

Quick select

- The quick select option on the SSL dashboard allows you to quickly start a certificate request for the most commonly used SSL-certificates.

- Clicking any of the DV (Domain validation), OV (Organisation validation) or EV (Extended validation options will direct you to the certificate request page of the relevant certificate.

Most used certificates

- The most used certificate option on the SSL dashboard provides an overview of the most commonly used certificates in your Realtime Register account.

- Hovering over the most used certifcate(s) in the SSL dashboard allows you to start a certificate request of your most used certificate(s).
