Reissue a certificate
Login to the portal and go to SSL certificates > certificates
Important
The reissue of an SSL certificate is commonly used when your server crashed and you don't have a backup of the private key. In the example below we'll provide instruction to request a reissue for a single domain DV certificate.

- To reissue a certificate open the certificate detail page for the certificate you need to request a reissue for, then click the reissue button

- Submit the CSR, select the validation method and click Confirm
- 3
- On the overview page, click Complete order to request the reissue of the certificate
- 4
- You've now successfully submitted a reissue of an SSL-certificate
