Reissue a certificate

Login to the portal and go to SSL certificates > certificates

Important

The reissue of an SSL certificate is commonly used when your server crashed and you don't have a backup of the private key. In the example below we'll provide instruction to request a reissue for a single domain DV certificate.

To reissue a certificate open the certificate detail page for the certificate you need to request a reissue for, then click the reissue button

Submit the CSR, select the validation method and click Confirm

On the overview page, click Complete order to request the reissue of the certificate

You've now successfully submitted a reissue of an SSL-certificate
