Contacts
Login to the portal and go to Domains > Contacts
This page shows you the contact handles in your account and allows you to manage, create and edit your various contact handles by either clicking directly on the desired contact handle by performing a search. Instructions on searching for a contact can be found below as well as a table overview with links that provide instructions on creating contacts and the specific actions and updates that can be performed on domain contacts in our portal.
Lookup contacts with the search field

Submit a contact handle/emailaddress to search for a contact handle, this will conduct a search over the complete contact database for your account

Once you've found the contact you're looking for, click on it to open the contact detail page

On the contact detail page, various actions for the contact can be requested. For more information on the various contact actions that can be requested from the contact detail page, go to the

Lookup contacts using the field filters

To filter for contacts using the field filters, click one of the most used options highlighted in orange or the filter button and select the field filter you want to use. Submit the filter value and the output will be displayed in the list. In the below example we'll filter based on the emailaddress

Once filtered, click on the contact you need to see the contact detail page for to open the contact detail page

The actions menu on the right side of the contact provides options to update, delete or request various other contact actions for domain contacts in our portal. Below is explained what actions are available for domain contacts. For a detailed instruction on each action, simply click the link in the table overview to go to the relevant KB-article with step by step instructions. An instruction on how to create a new contact can be found in the table below as well.
Important
Most ccTLD registries do not accept contact updates or updating contact additional properties for specific registries that are connected to a contact. If you run into errors that notify you of a registry not allowing an update, create a new contact and update the domain that needs changes to the newly created contact handle.
