Contact history overview

To check contact (update) history in your Realtime Register account, follow the instruction below.

Login to the portal and go to Domains > Contacts

Lookup the contact you wish to view the history for

Click the history button on the contact detail page

A full overview of the contact update history is given.

Click 'Expand revision to expand full details of any revision available in the contact history overview

In order to check which user requested a revision, click on the process number to open the process detail page. Information on which user requested the revision can be found in the 'Created by' column
