Zones

The DNS-zones overview page displays an overview of all DNS-zones in your Realtime Register account. DNS-zones are used on domain level to set up DNS-records using the Realtime Register basic or premium DNS services.

📘 DNS-zones actions & instructions

Basic DNS is provided through our in-house free-to-use nameservers (ns1.yoursrs.com & ns2.yoursrs.com). Premium DNS is provided through RcodeZero. You can create DNS-zones for domains registered in your Realtime Register account (Basic or Premium DNS), as well as for external domains (Premium DNS only). Below we explain the overview page and actions you can request.

🔍 Lookup DNS-zones with the search field

1: Specify a DNS-zone to search for a DNS-zone. This will search the complete DNS-template database in your account.

2: Click the DNS-zone in the results list to open its detail page.

3: Various actions for the DNS-zone can be requested. For details, see the ➤ DNS-zones actions & updates section.
