Set auto renew status

Login to the portal and go to Account > Bulk jobs

To set the autorenew status for multiple domains to either true (autorenew ON) of false (autorenew OFF), follow the instruction below. For information on updating the autorenew status of a single domain using our portal, go to the Update domain(s) knowledgebase article.

Click New bulk job > update domains

Submit you need to update the autorenew status for in the Domains field

Select the auto renew mode you wish to set, On means setting the autorenew status to true, Off means setting the autorenew status to false. Then click next

Click Create job to create the bulk auto renew update

The bulk job overview page will be displayed providing an overview on what the bulk update will update once initiated. Click Run all tasks to run the bulk job and update the autorenew status of the domains in the task list

Click the completed tile to check the overview of the completed tasks

You've now successfully bulk updated the autorenew status for the domains that were submitted in the bulk job
