Customize the error web page
Login to the portal and go to Account > Branding
The error webpage template is designed for the brandable generic error webpage a respondent sees when submitting a form that triggers an error. This webpage contains standard text and the email address defined for your brand. You can add explanatory text to the error information displayed by default.
For instructions on customizing the error webpage template through our portal, follow the steps below;

Select the brand you wish to make changes for and open the error webpage template by clicking on the edit button

On the error webpage template detail page, you can apply customization as required

Add a customized error message for your customers or any other information you might want to display once your customers are confronted with the error page

The update preview button allows you to preview the submitted changes to the error webpage template on the right side of the screen

To add an image to the error webpage template, go to the Add images to webpage templates knowledge base article

Once you've made all the necessary changes, click update template to update the thank you page template. A message indicating the update has been completed will be displayed
