Customize the thank you webpage
Login to the portal and go to Account > Branding
The thank you page can be fully customized to fit a company's brand. The thank you page is shown when a respondent completes a form successfully. This page is completely adjustable, and could for example contain a link to your brand's website that is in the variables or any other static information.
For instructions on customizing the thank you page through our portal, follow the steps below;

Select the brand you wish to make changes for and open the thank you page template by clicking on the edit button

On the thank you page template detail page, you can apply customization as required

Add a customized thank you message for your customers or any other information you might want to display once your customers have completed one of the web forms

The update preview button allows you to preview the submitted changes to the thank you page template on the right side of the screen

To add an image to the thank you page, go to the Add images to webpage templates knowledge base article

Once you've made all the necessary changes, click update template to update the thank you page template. A message indicating the update has been completed will be displayed

You've now successfully customized the thank you page template
