Customize the outgoing transfer approval email
Login to the portal and go to Account > Branding

The outgoing transfer approval email is sent to the registrant when an outgoing transfer to another registrar is requested and the managing registry requires an outgoing FOA to be sent to the registrant or admin contact. The email contains a link to the outgoing transfer approval page where the registrant can approve the transfer to another registrar.

To customize the outgoing transfer approval email through the portal, follow the steps below.

In the explanatory text, provide information about why the outgoing transfer approval email is received by the registrant. - Select the brand you wish to make changes for and open the outgoing transfer approval email template by clicking on the edit button.

The emails are available as both text-only and HTML email. If you want to have your registrants informed with text-only email, you will have to keep the HTML version empty. However, if you want to communicate with HTML emails, please fill both the text version content as well as the HTML version.

- The update preview button allows you to preview the submitted changes to the outgoing transfer approval email template on the right side of the screen.

- Once you've made all the necessary changes, click update template to save the outgoing transfer approval email template. A confirmation message will be displayed when the update has completed.
