Customize the brand confirmation email
Login to the portal and go to Account > Branding

The brand confirmation email is used to request explicit consent to create a new brand or confirm updates made to an existing brand and is always sent to the brand email address. The email contains a confirmation link that opens the brand confirmation page where the brand owner approves brand creation/updates.

To customize the brand confirmation email through the portal, follow the steps below.

None of the default text in this email can be modified. The brand confirmation email contains a fixed set of information that cannot be changed.
Advice on email content
It is recommended to add explanatory text alongside the default text provided by our branding system when using a high number of different brands for multiple of (reseller) customers. In the explanatory text, provide information explaining why the brand confirmation email is sent to the brand owner and what needs to be done. The explanatory text may differ from the language configured in the brand settings.

- Select the brand you want to update and open the brand confirmation email template by clicking the edit button.

- On the brand confirmation email template detail page, you can apply the required customizations.

The emails are available as both text-only and HTML email. If you want your recipients to receive text-only email, keep the HTML version empty. If you want to communicate using HTML email, fill in both the text version and the HTML version.

- The default content of the brand confirmation email cannot be modified. Add explanatory text alongside the default text provided by our branding system describing why the brand owner receives the brand confirmation email.

- The update preview button allows you to preview the submitted changes to the brand confirmation email template on the right side of the screen.

- Once you have made all required changes, click update template to save the brand confirmation email template. A confirmation message will be displayed when the update has completed.

- You have now successfully customized the brand confirmation email.
