To customize the 30-day expiration (ERRP) and WDRP email through the portal, follow the steps below.
⚠️ Important
This email template is always sent as the 30-day ERRP expiration email. Where possible, registry ERRP and WDRP emails are combined into a single email to reduce the number of emails sent to registrants.
When the domain’s expiry date and anniversary date align, the WDRP email template is automatically combined with this email template. When combined, this single email satisfies registry requirements for notifying registrants about domain expiration (ERRP) and annual WHOIS data accuracy verification (WDRP). If the dates do not align, the WDRP notification is instead sent separately through the Whois data accuracy reminder (WDRP) email template.
Advice on email content
It is recommended to leave the default content of this template unchanged. Preferably add explanatory text alongside the existing content describing your company's domain renewal policy.
