Customize the email header
Login to the portal and go to Account > Branding

The email header can be fully customized to match your company branding. The header is displayed in every branded email sent by our branding system.

To customize the brand email header through the portal, follow the steps below.

- Select the brand you want to update and open the email header template by clicking the edit button.

- On the email header template detail page, you can apply the required customizations.
⚠️ Important
The emails are available as both text-only and HTML email. If you want your registrants to receive text-only email, keep the HTML version empty. If you want to communicate using HTML email, complete both the text version and the HTML version.

- Add the brand header information and internal CSS styling for emails that will be sent by Realtime Register on your behalf.

- The update preview button allows you to preview the submitted changes to the email header template on the right side of the screen.

- To add an image to the header, see the ➤ Add images to email templates KB-article.

- Once you have made all required changes, click update template to save the email header template. A confirmation message will be displayed when the update has completed.

- You have now successfully customized the email header.
