Check pending payment

Log in to the portal and go to Account > Finance

To check your account for pending payments, follow the steps below.

⚠️ Important

The following payment methods are supported:

• Credit or debit card → Processed instantly

• iDEAL → Processed instantly

• PayPal → Processed instantly

• Bank transfer → Processed the next business day after funds are received (bank processing times may vary).

When a payment is pending processing, a message will be displayed on the finance overview page indicating the payment is pending.

Click the preview pro forma invoice to review the pending payment details, or cancel the payment using the cancel button.
