Request/review negative balance

Log in to the portal and go to Account > Finance

To request negative balance options for your account to facilitate autorenewals in case of an insufficient account balance, follow the steps below.

ℹ️ Important

If you already have access to maintaining a negative balance account, skip to step #4 to review the conditions.

On the Finance overview page on the Negative balance for renewal tile, click the request button.

Select the creditline amount you wish to request and click the Next button.

⚠️ Important

Read the terms and conditions that fold open for maintaining a negative account balance on your Realtime Register account thoroughly before agreeing to them.

Your default email application will open with a pre-defined message requesting the option for a negative balance with our support department through email. Once your request has been reviewed by one of our support employees, you'll receive a reply to your email either confirming or denying the option to maintain a negative balance on your Realtime Register account.

Once your request has been approved, all the important information about your account's negative balance and the conditions that apply can be found on the negative balance tile. Click Details to fold open and review your account's conditions for maintaining a negative balance.
