Deposit

Log in to the portal and go to Account > Finance

To deposit funds into your account balance, follow the steps below.

On the Finance overview page, click the green Deposit button.

⚠️ Important

When making your first deposit, you must select the main currency for your account. Deposit options will then be displayed.

After clicking the deposit button, you are redirected to the deposit page.

Enter the deposit amount, optionally add a custom reference for the generated invoice, and select the payment currency.

⚠️ Important

Depositing less than the amount shown in a highlighted notification “The minimal amount to stay in your current slab is € 10,000.00” will downgrade your account to a lower discount pricing slab.

For more details on pricing slabs, see the Region pricelist.

You can also add a personal reference to any invoice generated during payment.

Select your preferred payment method (the example below shows a bank transfer).

⚠️ Important

The following payment methods are supported:

• Credit or debit card → Processed instantly

• iDEAL → Processed instantly

• PayPal → Processed instantly

• Bank transfer → Processed the next business day after funds are received (bank processing times may vary).

Click Pay now to generate a pro forma invoice.

⚠️ Important

A pro forma invoice is generated for unpaid deposits. Once payment is settled, the final invoice will be available for download in the portal.

When payment is received and processed, a notification is sent and your account balance is updated.
