Check pending deletes

Login to the portal and go to the Domain Dashboard

Click the Pending deletions tile on the domain dashboard to open the pending deletes overview

Important

Renewal status SUSPENDED

The delete status suspended indicates that a domain delete is pending and the domains is still in it's lifecycle.

Renewal action autoDelete

Indicates the delete process was triggered due to an autorenew false setting and the domain reaching it's expirydate

Renewal action delete

Indicates an explicit renewal was requested either through our portal by one of your account's users or through API.

Click on any of the suspended deletes to check the status of a delete. A detailed overview with the resume types available is given under the process details tile

TIMER Indicates that the delete is waiting to be completed in. Once the domains has ran through it's complete lifecycle (Auto renew grace period, Redemption period & Pending delete period), the domain will be deleted by the registry and we receive a poller that confirms the domain being released for registration.

Once a delete process holds the TIMER resume type, it's a matter of time before the delete completes. Once it does, you'll receive a notification depending on the notification rules you have setup in your account for domain related actions in your Realtime Register account.
