Important
Renewal status SUSPENDED
The renewal status suspended indicates that a domain renewal is pending and waiting for the epp poller from the managing registry to complete.
Renewal status IN_DOUBT
The renewal status IN_DOUBT means that an internal error has occurred in the request to the registry to renew the domain. Contact support@realtimeregister.com for any renewal that has this status to resolve the IN_DOUBT state of the renewal process. Keep in mind that domain renewals that have an IN_DOUBT status have been requested with the managing registry and will be completed as soon as the issue causing the IN_DOUBT status has been resolved.

- Click on any of the suspended renewals to check the status of a renewal. A detailed overview with the resume types available is given under the process details tile
- 3
- For in depth information on the resume types of a domain renewal, check the table below for more information
PROVIDER | Indicates the renewal is waiting for the EPP poller from the registry for completion |
TIMER | Indicates that the renewal is waiting to be completed in a registry specified time frame |
MANUAL | Indicates manual action is necessary to complete the renewal, this can be either manual action for the registry or registrar |
- 4
- Once a renewal process holds one of the above resume types, it will complete in due time. The only case in which a renewal needs to be checked by our support department is when the renewal process itself holds the IN_DOUBT status. In case a renewal holds the IN_DOUBT status, send an email to support@realtimeregister.com, provide the domain and renewal process portal link in your email and ask support to double check the renewal process for completion
