Bulk renew domains
Login to the portal and go to Account > Bulk jobs > Renew domains
- 1
- Name the bulk renew job, submit the list of domains you wish to renew and define the period you wish to renew all domains in the bulk renew for, then click next to go to the bulk renew job creation overview page. On the bulk renew creation overview page, click create job to create the bulk renew job
Important
Some registries doe not support explicit renewals. For information on which TLD's support explicit renewals, go to our TLD-metadata and check the 'Renew supported' checkbox. If unchecked, explicit renewals are not supported and will fail upon requesting them.
- 2
- If necessary, you can change the renewal period by editing the individual tasks and select the desired renew period per domain in the bulk renew job. Click Edit task, select the desired renewal period and click save to change the renew period for any individual domain in the bulk renew job
Important
By default, renewals for a period of 1 year are set in the bulk renew job
- 3
- Once you've set the desired renewal period for each domain, you can either make a selection of tasks to execute or run all tasks at once
- 4
-
Once the tasks have completed/failed, they will be detailed on the job detail overview. By clicking on the completed/failed tiles, you'll be able to check the detail overview of the tasks that have completed/failed
Important
In case you run into any failed tasks, just click the failed task tile and you can edit any failed renewals to correct the errors (error information is displayed on screen) and retry the failed tasks.
