Check pending creates

Login to the portal and go to the Domain Dashboard

Click the requested creates tile on the domain dashboard to open the requested creates overview

Important

Create status SUSPENDED

The create status suspended indicates that a domain create is pending and waiting for final approval or manual action to complete.

Create status IN_DOUBT

The create status IN_DOUBT means that an internal error has occurred in the request to the registry to create a domain. Contact support@realtimeregister.com for any creates that hold this status to resolve the IN_DOUBT state of the create process.

Click on any of the suspended creates to check the status of the create. A detailed overview is given with the status of the create detailed next to the resume types parameter under the process details column.

For in depth information on the resume type status of a domain create, check the table below for more information.
PROVIDER Indicates the create is waiting for action registry side for completion
TIMER Indicates that in case the create is not completed in a registry specific time frame, the create will fail. Action is necessary to complete the create
MANUAL Indicates manual action is necessary to complete the create, this can be either manual action for registrant, registry or registrar
INTERNAL Indicates registrar action is necessary to complete the create
RESEND Indicates re-sending a validation email is for example is available to complete the create
CANCEL Indicates a create is able to be cancelled manually by the reseller

In case you still have questions concerning a create that seems to be pending for too long and you wish support to double check the create, send an email to support@realtimeregister.com with the domain and create process portal link and ask support to check if there are any other reasons than the above to why a create remains pending.
