- 2

- 3
- Select the Renew period and click renew
- 4
- A message indicating the renewal was successful will be displayed. You've now successfully requested the renewal of a single domain through our portal.
Important
In case a renewal does not complete instantly, a different message will be displayed as shown in the image below.
- 5
- You can check the pending renewals in the Domain Manager. Navigate to the Domains dashboard and click the pending renewals tile. An overview of all pending renewals in your account will be displayed
- 6
- You'll notice that all domains in this overview hold the pending renew status. The pending renew status indicates the renewal has been requested with the managing registry and is waiting for confirmation from the registry to complete.
Important
There's no option to speed up the renewal process. In case the pending renew status is active, a renewal is being handled by the managing registry. There is nothing we, you (the reseller) or the registrant can do to speed this up. If this status is active; be patient and wait for the managing registry to successfully poll back the renewal. Once received, the renew poller will automatically update the status to OK and the new expirydate will be shown.
