Log in to the portal and go to SSL certificates > Requests
The request overview displays all pending certificate requests in your Realtime Register account.

- Click a request to open the certificate request you want to review. Below is an example of a request that requires attention and a request that is suspended while waiting for the CA after validation.
Suspended
⚠️ Important
Requests with the status Suspended have already been validated using the applicable validation method and are waiting for the Certificate Authority (CA) to issue the certificate.
