Requests

The request overview provides an overview of all pending certificate requests in your Realtime Register account.

1: Click on any of the requests to open the request you want to review. Below you’ll find an example of a request that requires attention and one that is suspended while waiting for the CA after validation.

Suspended

⚠️ Important

Requests that are suspended—like the example below—have already been validated through the applicable validation method and are waiting for the Certificate Authority (CA) to provide the certificate.

Requires attention

⚠️ Important

Requests that require attention need additional information or validation before the CA can deliver the certificate.
