Requests

The request overview provides an overview of all pending certificate requests in your Realtime Register account.

1: Click on any of the requests in order to open the request you want to review the status of, below you'll find an example of a request that requires attention and a request that is suspended and waiting to be completed by the CA after validation

Requests that are suspended like the example below are already validated through the applicable validation method and are waiting for the CA to provide the certificate.

Requests that require attention need additional information or validation to be completed first prior to the CA being able to deliver the certificate.
