Not all TLDs require an auth code to transfer a domain, please check the link below to find out which domains do and which don’t .
Transferring a .LT domain
To be able to transfer a .LT domain you will have to set a TAG for that domain before initiation of the transfer to Realtime Register. The registrant will have to login in to http://www.domreg.lt/public?pg=126587&sp=tradelt and follow the steps there. Please contact support for the correct TAG if you can't find it.
Transferring a .RO domain
The ROTLD registry creates the auth codes on request and send the auth code directly to the registrant. This e-mail also includes an auth code for a registrant change as well.
The registrant will have to login to rotld.ro to obtain the auth code.
