To resolve this issue please add hosts / nameservers to the .NL domain. If the nameservers are configured correctly the status of the domain will change to " OK " and the domain will start resolving.
The .NL registry (SIDN) does not allow resellers to reset the auth code for a .NL domain, this can only be requested by the registrant of the domain. In exceptional cases it can be done without consent of the registrant but a clear (legal) reason to request a new auth code of the domain is needed.
To request a new auth code you will need to supply us with:
Copy ID of the registrant
Signed consent (written, email) from the registrant for the generation of a new auth code.
Copy ID of the requester / CEO of the company.
Signed consent (written, email) from the CEO of the company according to a COC / Business registration document for the generation of a new auth code.
Copy COC / Business registration document less then 3 months old.
