How do I cancel/resend pending contact updates/validation processes?
Login to the Domain Manager and go to 'Contacts' and select the Contact Handle you wish to cancel/resend an update/validation process for.
If an update or validation process is pending, numerous actions on a contact handle cannot be executed because of the pending update/validation. You can check if an update is pending by opening the contact handle you wish to update.
If there is an update or validation pending, information regarding the pending status is shown on the contact handle page as shown below.
If you wish to cancel/resend the update or validation, simply hit cancel/resend and the update process will be canceled/resent. This will allow you to re-initiate/resend the update without any problems or error messages stating an update or validation process is pending.
