Log in to the domain manager and do to Domains.

First off, look up your domain and open the domain detail page as shown below.

Once you've opened the domain detail page, click 'Update'.

Change the contacts/status/renewal/nameservers/DNSSEC settings as desired and save the changes.

Update contacts for a single domain and the designated agent option

You can update domain contacts with a bulk update. Simply submit the contact handle(s) you wish to update the domains to and you should be all set. Leaving the contact fields empty will skip any contact updates.

If the TLD you need to update supports it, you can also select whether to act as a designated agent or not. To check if a specific TLD supports the designated agent option, Review the TLD metadata overview. Change privacy protect setting for a single domain

Select whether to use Privacy Protect or not by checking/unchecking the checkbox. To determine if a TLD supports privacy protect, review the TLD metadata overview

Generate a new authcode for a single domain

Select this option to update the authcode for a single domain. It's advised to leave authcode generation up to our system. This is not only the safest method, but it will also make sure no invalid authcodes are generated.

However, if you need to set up a custom authcode, there is an option for it. If you select 'No changes' the authcode will not be updated in the bulk update.

Take note: using one single auth-ID for multiple domains is a potential risk for domain theft

Add or remove a status for a single domain

To add or remove a status for a single domain, simply check/uncheck the checkbox in front of the status you need to set.

Set autorenew setting to true or false for a single domain

For the domain you've selected to update, you can update the autorenew setting to true or false. To activate or deactivate autorenew, simply check/uncheck the checkbox in front of the autorenew setting.

Change the autorenew cycle for a single domain

For the domain you've selected to update, you can change the autorenew cycle to the desired one by selecting it in the drop-down menu. For a detailed overview of which periods are supported per TLD, review the TLD metadata overview.

Update nameservers for a single domain

For the domain you've selected to update, you can update the nameservers. Select one of the options available. You can connect a DNS-template and use our nameservers, select no nameservers to remove the current nameservers or specify your own nameservers added to the hosts section in the Domain Manager.

Update DNSSEC settings for a single domain

For the domain you've selected to update, you can update the DNSSEC settings. If you want to update the key-data itself, it's advised to update a single domain at a time.

Troubleshooting:
When updating DNSSEC data, it's imperative to use correct data. The update is designed in such a way it checks DNSSEC data prior to initiating the update. If DNSSEC-data is incorrectly formatted you'll receive an error message like the one below:

Take note: When saving the changes, you could be prompted with the designated agent option. For more information, visit the Designated agent Knowledge Base article. If not prompted with this step, the update will be successful and you're done.
