The periods tab
The periods' tab in the TLD metadata overview provides details information regarding all the supported periods for the TLD's we offer. In this article, we'll zoom in on the information that's actually displayed here.
Log in to your Realtime Register account and go to Support > TLD Metadata. Next click the Periods tab, by default, you'll land on the general metadata tab.
The different periods supported by the extension you're looking for are defined on the Periods tab in the TLD Metadata. We'll go over the different periods one by one.
Extensions
Here, the extension(s) are defined for which the metadata is applicable.
Provider
Here, the provider of the extension is defined.
Create period
Here, the supported create periods are defined in months.
Renew periods
Here, the supported renew periods are defined in months.
Auto renew period
Here, the supported autorenew periods are defined in months.
Transfer period
Here, the supported transfer periods are defined in months.
Redemption period
Here, the length of the redemption period is defined in days.
Pending delete period
Here, the length of the pendingdelete period is defined in days.
Autorenew grace period
Here, the length of the autorenew grace period is defined.
Expiry offset
Here, the expiry offset is defined if supported. Expiry offset is applicable to various TLD's and causes a domain to expire X time before the registry expiry date to ensure domains are deleted on time.
