Abuse and you - applying client hold
Now and then, as a reseller, you get hit by abuse, and you need to suspend a domain name for phishing or malware.
We notice that there is a wide variety of suspension methods out there.
Within the domain manager, you can set a domain name to Client Hold and suspend all services attached to the domain name.
If you use this option, our abuse team and automatic scanning systems worldwide can detect that you already took action and not further burden you.
Our staff would greatly appreciate it if you could use the Client Hold option if you need to suspend a domain name.
