Abuse reports or legal inquiries

Do not send in abuse reports and/or legal inquiries to our support department using the live chat, the regular contact form on our website or by emailing support@.
For a swift and efficient process we have specific channels for abuse and legal. Our support team does not handle them.

We understand the importance of addressing cyber crime promptly very well. Note that, as a wholesale domain registrar, we do not provide hosting or email services. This hinders our ability to take direct action on reports that are primarily related to website content.

To assist you in reporting abuse more effectively, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Identify the Hosting Provider: Use RrSG ACID tool to determine who is hosting the website in question. This tool can help you find the hosting provider's contact information, allowing you to report the cyber crime directly to them.
  2. Contact the reseller: If the domain in question is registered through a reseller of ours, you can utilize our lookup tool to find their contact details. Reporting the abuse to the reseller can often expedite the resolution process. You can locate the reseller here.
  3. If you work for Law Enforcement and require the information of the registrant please check our Law Enforcement Guidelines.

If the above steps are not applicable or the above-mentioned responsible parties are not responsive, please fill out this form. As we prioritize the levels of abuse, we usually respond within a few hours depending on the priority.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping to maintain a safe and secure online environment. More information about our abuse policy can be found here.
